Children and Young People
Children, young people and families are all welcome within the life of the church here at West Bridgford Methodist. We have a range of groups and activities for different age groups available.

These groups are supported by our Youth Engagement Worker, Abby. Please feel free to contact Abby for further information about the groups here at our church. She works part time but will get back to you when she is available.
Sunday Provision
Sunday School
During Sunday morning worship we have Sunday School for children and young people to come together and learn about the Christian faith. We start off together in church and then move into the hall for activities, games, discussion and crafts together.
Our Sunday morning worship begins at 10.30am and is usually an hour long.
Our children’s corner is located in the front corner of the church and visible from the entrance to the church. This has quiet toys, pens/pencils and many colouring books and activities to keep young children occupied during worship.
We have a crèche room available during worship as part of our church. You can access it via a side door and our Sunday Stewards are more than happy to show you where to go if you feel you need a quiet space. There is a speaker which feeds from the service so you can still listen and toys for young children.

Midweek Provision
Toddler Time
Toddler Time is open on Tuesdays during term time and is a space for parents and carers to come along to meet with others. Refreshments will be available and our lay worker, Helen, will be there to welcome you.
This runs every Tuesday during term time in the church hall and you can drop in between 9.30 and 11.30am. All caring for young children are welcome.
